THE SIGN SIZE IS 16X32',DOUBLE SIDED, AND LIGHTED FROM THE INSIDE. WHAT WOULD BE THE MOST DURABLE AND WEATHER RESISTANT MATERIAL TO USE?

Flex face material is used in many large electric signs. How are you going to make the cabinet? Is this something you have done on a smaller scale before?

The box is being constructed by the client,(metal fab shop). the largest sign i've
done, to date has been 5'x12' internally lit.
From the info i'm receiving, this sounds like i'm getting in over my head on this one.
