Press Release....Roland DGA Corp. has announced VersaWorks Version 3.0, the company’s most advanced RIP software to date, offering powerful new productivity features to meet the needs of advanced users and high-volume shops. It is available free for download by Roland users through the Roland@NET Online Update service.
Developed by Roland engineers for the company’s wide-format inkjet devices, VersaWorks 3.0 has been reengineered based on the latest Abobe CPSI engine (3018). The newest version of VersaWorks is faster and more precise than ever and has been upgraded with new print server functions allowing users to manage up to four Roland devices simultaneously.
“Increasingly, Roland shops are extending their production capabilities to encompass multiple Roland devices including inkjet printers, printer/cutters and stand-alone cutters,” said Rick Scrimger, vice president and general manager for Roland DGA Corp. “Roland VersaWorks 3.0 is designed to help Roland users become more productive, unifying their workflow to make their businesses more efficient.”
VersaWorks 3.0 supports Roland’s latest inkjet printers and printer/cutters including AdvancedJET, Hi-Fi Express, SOLJET and VersaCAMM lines as well as new VersaArt and VersaUV models. In addition, VersaWorks 3.0 offers support for Roland’s GX series cutters allowing professionals to pair a Roland cutter with a VersaArt printer for print/cut applications.
VersaWorks 3.0 has been upgraded to include a new PerfCut function enabling users to produce precision perforated cut lines. For VersaUV and SOLJET PRO III XC-540 users, VersaWorks 3.0 now offers new single pass print mode and conventional dual pass mode for white ink applications.

VersaWorks includes a host of powerful, proven productivity tools including the Roland Color System for easy, precise spot color matching, the MAX Impact Preset for richer color contrast, and Variable Data Printing. Other VersaWorks features include embedded ICC profile support, ink level adjustment tools, software proofing capabilities and advanced cropping, tiling and nesting options. VersaWorks 3.0 supports Windows 2000/XP and Vista.

By the way it's worded it appears that this is the complete program for free for Roland users, however I'm unable to locate it on the website. Does anyone know if this is a free upgrade or the complete program for free?
