Nice small Sign Shop located in Northern B.C, Owner retiring but will stay for period of time and also consult. Have bicket truck, and Gerber 200 X Router. Set up in a re-furbished 14' by 70' mobile home so is easily moved if required. sell as all one unit or will look at person to buy in as working partner and take over when able.
