As most of you are aware, our country seems to be in trouble and the Sign Trade is no exception. After better than 16 years in this trade I need to diversify a bit and so am looking at getting into the Memorial Monument Products. I know nothing about this trade except that some very beautiful work has and can be done and as I have the equipment to do that kind of work, I am looking at getting into that trade also. I would appreciate any comments you fellow sign people have and also a line on where i can go to talk to someone that sells the actual marbel plaques themselves. I need this information for Canada please as it's too expensive to bring stone out of the states into Canada because of the freight. Any help you can give will be appreciated.
