OK Jim, on behalf of the rest of the gear heads here in Letterville how about a list of modifications? I can spot the filled hood, Pontiac grille 54? 56?, v-butted windshield and one piece bumpers, shaved handles, also looks like you installed and extra set of tail lights. What are the headlights? Is it subframed? Flathead, 350 or a 302??? And do my eyes decieve me or is the rear window flamed?
Please a couple more pics and some more info...puuuhhlease:)

Man is that awesome! Is that flames I see coming down the rear window? or is it a reflection? You must have spent 2 or 3 hrs doing the flames Right? (Lol) I love it!

This was a fun project to do. George caught a lot of the modifications that were added and I don’t know if I can remember all of them…..the car is a ’50 so on the front is a ’51 hood trim that was welded to remove the bull nose, ’54 Pontiac grill, shaved, nosed, decked, frenched antenna, headlights are Western Auto custom french rings, ’39 Ford tail lights with amber lenses for front turn signals, extra set of matching tail lights on the rear, smooth drip rail above windows, butted windshield, yes….flames in the rear window, wing removed from door windows, chrome trim around windows painted to match body color, paint is House of Kolor purple pearl(custom mixed), Weld flame wheels and steering wheel, custom interior, all pushed around by the flathead with dual carbs, Fenton heads, headers, 12 volt, “electronic ignition”, all covered with chrome or polished aluminum. There is tons more but these are the major things…..
Thanks for the replies……thought some of you might enjoy!!!
Another project is in the works but won’t be out for another year…it’s a ’39 Ford Convertible.
Chris and I drive it all over the midwest to shows and events....way fun!!!!
