Well I am quickly approaching being in the sign business for a full year. Man that was fast!

For the entire year I've been trying to make something decent for my car. I finally have something I actually like. Can you believe it??

It will be an edge print. Let me know what you think and if you would change anything. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Here is a revision... made things a little closer. The Blue depicts the color of the car.

Hey Amy Brown!

Nice design. It is very clean looking and will present a peofessional image for you.

I especially like the font you used for "AMBO". What font would that be? Inquiring minds need to know.

Have a great one!

Nice Design Amy Looks Good. The only thing that is bothering me a little bit is the width of the white stripes or background showing through it makes it a little tough to pick up your copy the stripes over power your copy. If you tighten up the sapces between your shapes quite a bit so they look more like pin stripes keep the bevels the same they will look cool. By doing this I think your primary copy will present itself better and will become more pronounced. Any way thats my 2 cents. In General I like it very much, good luck with it.

ohh one other small thing I would tighten the space between the S snd I in sign it will flow a little better I think. Any Way enough rambling on Good Job.

I agree with eric on the spacing of the panels, other than that it's a great design. It only took a year to come up with that? I've been at this for over 30 years and i still can't come up with a design I'm satisfied with!

Thanks everyone!

Bruce, the font is called FairFax Station. I think I got it off one of the freebie sites.

It is fun playing with our own logo. I like it. But I loved your other one much better. But hey...it's not for me.

I think you forgot something:

The "H" AMBO and the "NE" in HAMBONE . . .

. . . just kiddin' . . . It's looking pretty sharpe. I like the second one the most.

Nice job Amy. The tweaking you did made it better. You said the blue is for the color of the car? I'm seeing black here. Gonna have to check my monitor.

Thanks John. I probably used a color that looks weird on Mac's or something. Hope it's not your monitor!! Does it look black on your PC as well?

It is blue here Amy! Looks good. I like the colors you have chosen. I'm still working on my logo here, it's been 3 years!
It's on my "as soon as I get caught up" tray.

Thanks for sharing,

Sue

Hi Amy,
I think it works very well on the dark background. Not as well on a white background. For white backgrounds, consider narrower spaces between the slats or a much lighter fill color in them.

This is pretty advanced for someone in the business a year. You must have a bright future ahead of you.
