The sign is constructed entirely of signfoam. The coaster was sandblasted into the foam. The sign is approximatly 5 ft x 8 ft x 10 inches thick. It is freestanding using an embedded steel support structure. The face of the letters has an airbrushed fade. (might not be evident on the photo). The blue outline was constructed with 1/2 inch stripes of signfoam and bent to form the raised outline.

It looks very nice. I'm not too familiar with signfoam. I just painted one sign that I had shipped pre-blasted by a vendor when I was too busy to do it all. I wonder how well it will hold up to kids leaning bikes on it & other semi-rough wear & tear in that location? Or was this photo shot right before you installed it high up on a post?
