fun job I just did, involved a few differnt signs... the carved fish is fiberglas over signfoam.

... check out the cool shades!

he's about 4' long and 19" tip to tip
did two signs all made of 3/16" aluminium, router cut letters on matte finish aluminium panels, over all size was about 5' x 5'

2'x 2' hours sign

did a big channel neon fish about 6' too can't get a good pic yet...

Yeah it is kinda made like a surfboard, except i put a steel skeleton thru the tail for added strength, you could ride it like a surfboard thats for sure.
