Picked up this carpenters box the other day off of craigslist and had to add my name to it. It still needs something though... i would like to gild it bit not sure how without ruining the nice patina. The really cool thing about it, there's a rail road shipping sticker on the back from 1947! -------------------- Bart McCune Madness Pinstriping Westminster Colorado

Gilding shouldn't hurt the patina. Paint the letters/design with yellow enamel, when dry apply size and then leaf ... outline where needed. Post pics when finished! -------------------- Si Allen #562 La Mirada, CA. USA (714) 521-4810 si.allen on Skype siallen@dslextreme.com"SignPainters do It with Longer Strokes!" Didn't get a chance to put any paint on it but did get it put back together and a good amount of "stuff" put in it. I should have more than enough room for everything I have now and everything I want to get. The fold down front gives me sort of a work bench when I don't have one, like when working in dirt back yards. Problem is, this big guy is HEAVY. Good thing it has 4 new casters under it. -------------------- Bart McCune Madness Pinstriping Westminster Colorado
