I recently got started on a supplemental addition to my EconoBar. I plan to add "Faux Steel" girders to surround my display. This is just the start and I have 11 more panels to construct. I'm using 3/8th " MDO for lightness and plan to add wooden dowels for the rivets. The internal section will be housing a high tech "Light Show" ran by a PLC. What the heck, I'm a electronics nut at heart! lol Loved the old James Bond stuff and followed in the profession of "trons"! I do signs as a side line and supplemental hobby. Here is a link to a start of this build: http://s220.photobucket.com/albums/dd191/BvrWally2/Current%20%20Artwork%202010/Econobar%20Supplement%20Accessories/?albumview=slideshow

I work full time in a high tech foundry as an Electrical Technician and only get to my shop on the weekends. Here is the latest photo of the three additional panels I was able to fab on Sunday: It sure would have been easier with a nice CNC machine! Hopefully one day??? lol 8 more to go!!!!! Then assembly and paint & add the "Trons"!!!!
