Here is a semi that I lettered recently. The customer said all he wanted was that it had to be readable. Gave me total control over the design. This is what I came up with.

Neil, it's all vinyl. If you look closely you will see a white outline around the lettering, that is the truck door. I do this so I can put the graphic together in the shop before going to their place. I have tried layering the vinyl on one sheet before but always seem to get a small row of bubbles around the lettering. This seems to bug the customer even with telling them that the bubbles will go away.

Looks good Mr. Clark. When you want to eliminate the interior line, you can use Rapid Tac and put the second layer of vinyl on wet. You can see through the transfer tape when it's wet and slide it around till it lines up, then squeegee out the liquid.

Great job. I like the little white line, kinda like a third free color.

Nice...but I reckon a thin line of process blue around the outside of all the grey would really lift it, and I second the curly 'Y' bit!
