Hey Bill, I Love your Work BTW, Magic sculpt leaves, Sculpt on an Al You Panel base bird.1" insulation foam core in between Die Bond.I cut alupanel strips and shaped for the sides.7/8" steel tube supports sandwiched between the faces.Probably used 6 lbs of epoxy on this yet it is no heavier than 3'4" signboard.I finished the edges with magic sculpt. This is one job I wish I had cut on CNC. I used a scroll saw on the pvc and cleaned up with the foredom b/4 painting.I embedded crushed glass in epoxy as I wanted a larger facet than smalt.
I liked how you removed the scrolls from the logo, much cleaner.

Great looking sign. How about more details on fastening what appears to be PVC letters & magic sclupt to the DiBond. Did you account for expansion & contraction?
Are the steel tubes static or dynamic-somewhat telescoping, when installing?
