Did this about a Month Ago. Layered dimensional backfilled Resin lettering.

 -

Finished this one this morning.. I had managed to avoid putting a deer in any layout for 15 years. Just couldn't talk them out of it. This is my First sign panted with acrylics and latex stain. Except for the smalts. Made from 3/4 Extira and HDU Deer.

 -

Simple but Effective. Flat cut Maxmetal with standoffs Wet Airbrush painted Colorfade. Translucent Vinyl on Plex for the lighted sign

 -

Not sure if I posted this Gold on Glass Piece here or not.

I'm very impressed, Bill.

Have you done any more with your rotary axis on the router?

Can you explainm a bit more about the 'back-filled resin' you mention in the first picture? It that like routing a letter with a higher outline then pouring epoxy into the 'dam' to make a puddle?

Hi there everyone out there in the world.
Nice work everywhere. I have a question?
I have a new CNC router, and in the process of getting it online , i am currently struggling with a program called artcam, and would appreciate anyone that has the program to let me know where to go from here.

Yep...I'm intimidated...makes me think I should quit the sign business and put my application in as a "greeter" at Wal Mart. [Wink] ...not really...inspiring stuff...thanks William...would love to see close-up of deer head...wondering how it was done...is it a hand piece, molded or cnc piece?...also how was the background wood texture created on the deer sign...looks really neat.

It's all great work, but the glass piede is especially nice. No doubt it took a bit of time to arrive at that level of finish.
