Design is something that has real value! Here's an example of how design makes a big difference - using the same size, layout & design criteria:

A fine job Tom. That's a great selling aid for your portfolio. You can't deny an old faded, tired looking sign really detracts from a property. Now go out and sell some more makeovers! We've done it with great success. Here's a link to a bit we have on our website... Before and After

Thanks everyone! And that's nice work Duncan...makes a real difference, that's for sure! I guess you don't need me to tell you about how many signs in Edmonton really need a makeover.

I've just relooked at this, and at first I thought the 8003-8149 was a phone number for the apartments.
Then I wondered why there was so much room between them & the space bar and I was going to say I'd have closed up that gap a bit & allowed more room at each end instead...
...then I figured they were street numbers - d-oh to me!

What a layout! I love these kinds of signs for the outdoor natural themes. Everything about it breathes professional; the colors and use of space and choice of materials. Very pretty and legible also. Thanks for the inspiration as we live in a place called Forest City and it calls for a lot of this type of sign.
