We just installed this at noon today. It is constructed of HDU with an inner steel frame. The treated posts are inside the aluminum sleeves. The post caps are made of Arcus Stone. The main lettering is raised and painted the house number is incise carved and gilded.

I like it! And all those little roofs (top of sign and posts) will keep the snow off for nine months of the year it has to in your parts.

(Actually, what I think I'd like to have seen though, is a swoosh leading into the uppercase M, which would also help to tie in the lower line of text, and there's scope for a swooosh to end with the lowerrcase S at the end too, along the baseline.)

If you have photoshop, load your jpg, go to image > image size and change the resolution to 72, then the width to 500 pixels. Then save by going to file > Save for web & devices. You'll get the file size low enough for Letterville and keep the size up for better viewing.
