You got it Pat. Getting a little better at it.
Also bought a CD (capacitor discharge) stud welder from www.internationalwelding.com.
Used it to attach aluminum studs 1/4" x 1" to the back of the letters & graphics. Mounted these to Dibond & nutted them on the back with S.S.nuts.I have painted 3/16" letters & welded them later. No heat or blistered paint on front side.Takes about .003 seconds to weld. Can do alum, S.S. steel & ccopper using up to 3" long studs.
