Our first dabble into LED lit reverse channel letters. Customer's logo - brushed alupanel background. HDU 'lozenge'. The 'lit' photo didn't come out too well, it looks way brighter when you actually see it.

Nice Job Glen, Tough font for your first Bending project.
If I could make one Suggestion for your next one.. In your Photo. I see a bunch of hot spots and reflections of the LEDS due to the gloss on the alum. You can alleviate this if you cut some clear backers of 1/8th acrylic about.05 smaller then the shape of the letter and apply 3M diffuser vinyl. (They also make diffusing acrylic if available in your neck of the woods Just like a frosted Plex) Then just make some small L tabs to hold them in letter. This will diffuse the light better and get rid of those nasty hot spots.
