This is a two sided sign. The main panel is all automotive base / clear on Alumalite. The name panel is vinyl lettering on a Dibond panel since the one Chiroprator is going to retire in a couple years. The spine was hand carved from HDU, gilded and applied with silicone.
Police car is all reflective vinyl.
This was my sign from hell. Just learning the router when I got this job. Broke several bits because of the "book" I had to route using 1/8th and 1/16th inch bits. Routed into King Color Core, mounted on DiBond with vinyl title copy.
We painted 10 weightlifting platforms for the Seattle Seahawks new training facility. I do a lot of these for Life Fitness. They are hard maple and we use a special urethane paint withpaint mask.
