Some of you may have already seen this sign on a previous entry but I forgot I had a "before" pic...so I'll enter this as a new topic so they'll be juxtaposed to each other.
It would be interesting to talk to the person who did the "before" sign. I wonder if they would say, "No one cares what it looks like, they just want something cheap".
Or "You can't sell that type of work around here."
Certainly makes a great portfolio presentation to show what can be done with some design ability.

No comparison. What you did there is worth way more than you charged them, because not only did you sell them a new sign, you completely upgraded the look and image of the whole complex...
Priceless.
Rusty, if you like taking those mini-vacations, you should make up a few 18"x24" coro signs with your business info and leave them on wire stands underneath each of these beautiful signs. When you get calls from out of state, make your price high and if you get it..... wala.. another mini-vacation.

Thanks guys for the comments...and Jon thanks for the tip also...I don't advertise...don't have a business listing...and if I could find my business cards I'm sure they would have the wrong number on them...I get my work by "word of mouth" only...so this sounds like a good idea to possibly pick up an occassional extra job during these economic hard times...I'm afraid I have the propensity to be the anti-businessman...often to my detriment

I really don't know why they got a new sign
It does not look like there is any major peeling or moss growing across the top, can't you just freshen it up a little and add the phone number somewhere?
Beautiful Rusty!!

Ian...GOOD ONE...the original sign actually does resemble something a farmer might have hewn out himself...in fact it might work fine for a farm sign...if you replaced the little house with a cow...if you added an "F" to "ARMS"...and if it was a farm.

Beautiful work. The improvement goes without saying.
