Here is the latest. The sign has Alumapanel faces attached to 1 1/2" square tube and decorated with vinyl graphics. The ice cream cone is hand painted on Alumapanel cut on my router and sandwiched together with 1 1/2" signfoam. The panels measure 37" x 45".

Lettering is simple and effective. I like all that heavy outline stuff, though!!! And reverses too!!! Good idea to use a reverse with the extrusions in the same background color and separated by a black outline.
The cone looks good, but I would have hoped for a little more tightness and realism of the linework on the ice cream. But then, has anyone ever tried to draw ice cream???
