On 'MY' street, a couple of local so-called sign shops, have been placing advertisement for their shops. Bunch of 18x24 printed corex and two 8' tall by4' wide MDO, printed signs. All crappy! They are on my "Happy Hunting Grounds" So,,,I dashed into the shop, furious, and made myself a sign. I didn't put it on permently because next year the city is going to widen the street that my house and shop are on. It will become a five lane road. After I put up my sign, I had to go back with a cup of Jo' and see if anybody noitces my sign as they drive pass. I musta looked kinda wierd standing there.. Since some of the work on the road has already started, someti mes the cars have to sit and wait for equipment or ? to get through. And now they will have something nice to read. And as for the other guys, they can see what a real sign looks like.

And if you stand out there next to it, it will get even more attention...

Looks fantastic. Bet they think they can make that with a printer. HA! One thing that's great about being a sign chick is that we can produce great-looking signs with just some paint, a brush, and a few pieces of wood. And a jigsaw, of course. Love....Jill
