We installed these on Thursday. Lot's of layers. The face decor on the letters was engraved into the letter faces and paint filled. Completely MDO construction with edges glue sealed. Hanging sign is 2/Sided. Logo was existing, the secondary text is my LHF Garner font. It was difficult to take photos, as the paint was so glossy, but they sure "pop" in real life. Black, White and Chrome Yellow One Shot.
The Channel letters were existing and done by someone else. Also the Hanging bracket was existing.

Thanks folks. You know Dan really does have the right idea. I spend an awful lot of extra time making things square and straight. This wiggly line stuff is a breeze. Even glitches look intentional. Now, when I start doing textured backgrounds, it will be even better. I had this background so smooth and glossy, it's impossible to take a picture of it without massive glare. Thank goodness for photoshop. Go Steelers!
