Hi Everyone, It's been a while..so busy so tired.. I just finished a project that I'm rather proud of. Hopefully I can find a way to make more of these "puzzle" murals. The murals are all made out of laminate covered ½" MDF. I also have a time lapse video of one of the murals going up on youtube Cheers -------------------- Gerald Lauzé FeatureWorx Creative Fabrication 206-19148 27th ave Surrey BC

Nice work Gerald! Is everything on 1 level or did you use different thicknesses of MDF? Did you use tape and silicone to attach? -------------------- Duncan Wilkie aka signdog http://www.comsign.ca Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

As far as material goes it was only about 12 or so sheets. To attach it, We used PL premium for eventual strength and hot glue for immediate holding power. The walls were not quite flat ( when are they ? ) Under the moose we had to shave about a ¼" of plaster off the wall to have it sit flat. The panels are all the same thickness, though I think it would have been a bit more interesting with multiple thicknesses. I did what they wanted. I still like it lots.
