Here is a fun little project I just finished. Welded and brazed using steel, aluminum, and copper. The letters I had water jet cut for me and then used Lord adhesive to stick em on. The inside of the "u" is ground steel clearcoated and sits on pins I welded to the frame so it can swing and catch the sun. Mounted on a 1.5" x 4" steel welded post. Lots of fun and made good money... cant beat that!

This is very good - I love the choice of materials.

Was the rough effect from welding too?
Really earthy looking sign, and I love the idea of free hanging.
cooool, and especially for the garden it is for! kind of whimsical.

Well I could tell ya how much I got for it, but then I'll have to shoot ya! I got around $3000 for it installed. The logo was designed by a design firm I do work for. The copper was "texturized" by laying on the gravel drive and running over it! Thats when I tell my wife... I'm getting paid to do this!!! she looks at me with that "you sure are pathetic" look, smiles, and nods...
