Does anyone have any suggestions? The cow head is not finished or attached. Neither are the rounded letters. What would you glue them on with? It's all HDU except the pupils on the eyes...they're glass.

say i would use PL brand Polyurethane Construction Adhesive you get in the tube and Lowes and apply with a caulking gun. use a finish nail as a stud to keep it place... no mess no expansion and you'll have to distroy it to get it off. here is a job i did that with then stud mounted it to the wall with 2" treaded rod that gemini gives you to many of. Mounted those studs in the HDU with the same glue.

Chris, The back of the "cow head" has been primed and painted. The backs of the cut out letters "Mad Cow" are still raw foam. Will that adhesive work either way? Sounds like good stuff! Thanks

My preferred glue is West System epoxy. We use sand in plastic bags as a weight to hold stuff in place. A loose bag will cradle the top piece and drape over the sides.
Gorilla glue scares the heck out me when it comes to surface gluing. If Gorilla glue doesn't push up your piece it will ooze out from the edges. For a showroom sign even 5 minute epoxy would work.
