I have been using Corel for a long time. But I Only seem to learn enough to get the current project completed. After seeing some teriffic designs here, I have been putting aside a few hours a week to learn some more aspects of this powerful program.

(I'd like a tad more empty space either side of the word 'waste' )

Nice Ron, GOtta agree move the "E" left a bit and also space the words beside "waste" a bit. Also, the blue shadow behind the "EYU" looks funny behind the "Y". Perhaps you could either change the color it gets lost behind the "E" and the U" but jumps out at teh "Y", or maybe change the orientation of the shadow, or go without it totally.

Thanks all. Somehow the cream contour for the "y" ended up on a different layer and I missed it.I shoulda welded them together. I agree on the waste word spacing. Harris, agree on the shadow distraction too. Appreciate all the comments. John, wanna swap a panel? heh heh heh.

The main thing is that you're learning more about your illustrating program. The more you know, the more you don't need to think about it. Designing is so much more fun when you don't have the distraction of thinking about the program you're using.

I only started using Corel last Christmas. I fought it tooth and nail too. But I wanted to impress Stevo, so I persevered. I think of every doodle as a learning experience. I still am merely a babe in the Corel woods, but it has been worth the journey. Corel stuff just plain looks better for presentation than my GA stuff did. Good work, Bah Humbug! Love.....Jill

the main thing I see is the light on the bevel is coming from upper left and the lighting on the shadow is coming from lower left.
