I plan on doing a site for just my cartoons and Cartoon Illustrations in the near future, and I wanted something for the title page that would have alot in it, and contain lots of color and activity. Here is what I came up with. Did a black and white line drawing, took it into photoshop and colored it there using the paint bucket and airbrush tools. Lots of fun!

There is something wrong here somewhere. You far surpass the stuff they are showcasing on tv these days .... in my opinion. You should be making the big bux on these John. They are dynamite!

I'm luv'n it ... definite top-noch toon'n so ... please don't take this as any kind of criticism ... those smudgies and airbrush dots kinda bug me
IMO it just dirties a fine work, in my minds eye I see it brighter with slightly "harsher" colors (maybe using feathered masks and the paint instead of air brush in photoshop) and it needs copyright info.

Thanks guys for the comments and critiques. That's what I put stuff on here for, to see what you think of it, and how I can make it better or whatever. I really appreciate the responses. And Terry, yes I am working on drawings now to put on a cd. It'll be all types of cartoon illustrations that can be used for print or cutting. Never did seem to have the time to sit down and do the work, but lately I have been making time. I'll let you know when I get it finished. Thanks all.

Very cool, you've almost got a "Rat Fink" knida' thing going there with the hot-rod spaceship. It'd make a fun model.
Donna, as an artist everyone always wants me on their team for Pictionary and I'm terrible at it. I'm standing there dwelling on the drawing, but failing to deliver the symbolism to make myself understood. There's a lesson there somewhere.
