Hello, just wanted to post a couple of my last projects...
The first one is a 2' X 4' hand painted and airbrushed alumacore sign. Just a simple quick sign.
The second is a bit more involved. This one is 4' X 7' and is painted on very dry and very weathered OLD barn boards. This is one of five signs we painted over a weekends time. My friend Brianna Capra/Bateman did the Illustration...I just tried to do it justice on this fine substrate. It took about 4 - 5 coats of each color to build it up to what you see here.

One small comment.... on the first sign I would have closed up the gap between Country and Aire to create a little more negative space on each side.
Second sign looks much simpler than it really is... GREAT piece!

I've got to comment that both are excellent pieces and that Dan must have been talking about the Mike Stevens 15% which I laugh about all the time
Nice work Dale

Dale, I'm wondering about the top and bottom horizontal members...are they grooved to accept the sign board...and how are they attached to the posts? Thanks ahead of time!

Mick, Yes the top and bottom treated 2 X 6 boards on the Country sign have a channel cut in them on the table saw, probably about 1/2" deep. Then I shoot some Lexel clear into the groove to seal it up as I am putting the sign into place. The boards are lag bolted onto the posts with angle iron and lag bolts on the back side.

As always, Dale, nice schtuff. I especially like the "punch" of the top sign. Love....Jill
