This is one of two and the baby brother to the big ones that are still a work in progress. Those photos will be coming later. -
It's a 3/8" x 11" x 48" anodized aluminum plate from Gemini with vinyl lettering and custom stand offs.
The sign retails for around $1200 each.

Looks nice and clean though!

Randy,
I remember someone saying you can't get a good price if you don't ask for it. [Dunno]

You think that's expensive, you'll choke when you hear how much I got for the big brothers [Smile] The background for them is about 2' x 8' x 1" thick, laminated with anodized aluminum on all exposed surfaces. The lettering is black polished andodized water cut aluminum about 1/2" thick.
To justify the cost, I have about $350 for the background, $70 for the stand offs and mounting hardware and about $10 in vinyl, tape, cleaners, rags, etc. Using a standard 40% mark-up (divide by .6) my retail cost for materials is about $720.
By time I add in my labor for the design, proofing, revisions, purchasing, assembly, etc. the cost is well justified.

Havin' fun,

Checkers

Checkers, If you don't mind me asking, how much did that 3/8" piece of aluminum cost you. It sounds like you got an awfully good markup on that sign. Good for you! [Applause]

Aluminum ain't cheap. But looks very nice. I would like to start using more metal myself.
