That's pretty neat. It would be better if it was "Go Lightning". Right now we're busy beating the snot out of another Canadian team. We'll be glad to do the same to you if you make it past the Cryers.

Thanks for the great comments guys!! A friend got tickets to the game in Toronto so I’ll be driving the truck to the Air Canada Centre tomorrow or Friday. I get a lot of honks and waves (and a few boos) around here I can’t imagine what it will be like in Toronto!
Dennis, we’ll see you in the Eastern final. I’ll send you some Blue and White face paint!
Amy, if Tampa Bay plays, and beats the Leafs I’ll send you a Tampa Bay wrap for your truck!

I've got a truck too Brian. I need a Lightning wrap. We're going to the finals no matter how many Canadian teams we have to roll over. We've got Marty St. Louis the Art Ross winner, Hart lock, Lady Byng finalist, Lester B. Pearson finalist. We also have Vinny Lecavalier who is spanking the Habs. We have Habby stopping everything they throw at him. We have the top three playoff plus minus players. Nobody can skate with this team.

With the threat of a lockout we may have the cup for a couple years. We'll let the snowbird Canadians come and see it.

Brian, maybe you shouldn't have said Go Leafs. They sure went somewhere yesterday other than Philly. We know where the Bolts players are. They're home resting after humiliating the Habs. 9 games, 10 goals against, 8 wins. Looking like we're gonna get the Cryers. That's all right Philly is Tampa's Beyotch. Swept them 4-0 regular season, Bucs closed one stadium and opened a new one with butt whippings. Still it would be nice to see Mats and Darcy cry. Nothing beats seeing disappointed Leafs fans leaving the Forum.

The Leafs just needed to get that one out of their system. At least it wasn't Game 7 like last year!
Tampa will be sleepy by the time we meet them. Too much rest isn't a good thing. They're ripe for an upset and we know who's going to give it to them... don't we!

They'll be sleepy like they were after a week off before the second round? When they dismantled the Habs 4-0 in the first game, then 3-1 in the second. It's called focus. Tortorella will not let them be overconfident, only confident. Destiny I tell you. Having been at 210 of their last 220 home games I know how good they are. Captain Dave will skate the cup, John Grahame will join his mom on the cup. When there's no season next year we keep the cup for two years and scratch our names on it again.

Brian, the Bolt bandwagon is getting pretty crowded but I can throw a couple Dead Things fans off and make room for you. You won't be sorry. We're bringing The Cup down South. As a matter of fact it's in town tomorrow (I'm thinking to look at houses) for a short visit getting ready for a longer stay.

Just wanted to bump this one up to let everybody know the Tampa Bay Lightning will be playing in the Stanley Cup Finals. H e l l has officially frozen over and the Devil has ordered a Zamboni. I say Bolts in five so we can see Dave skate the cup in person. I was there at game 7 with the Flyers. Amazing scene, very loud, couldn't hear the horn at the end of the game. Will be there Tuesday and Thursday for games 1 and 2.
