This will be my first dimensional sign... I'm looking for advice on materials and pricing. Should I use foam, PVC, mdo???? The gold is to be gilded on dimensional letters and the rest will be automotive grade green paint. (my first gilding job in 19 years too!)

As for the layout... it's changed a bit already.... I put a little more "air" between Hemlock and Cottage as well as added just a slight amount of space between letters.... The leg of the "K" in Hemlock also drops down just a bit to add a bit of balance... but not so much that it's perfectly symmetrical.

Is your sign one sided or 2? If it's one sided MDO would work great.2 sided -foam would work better.I say that only for mounting your letters.I think your sign looks great although I think the H should be kurled like the K.Just my opinion. [Applause] [Applause]
