Ryan... Very sexy stocks dude. I'm not into guns much but I think it is such a cool idea to paint on them like that. Love- JILL

Dotto what Jill said (except the sexy and love part) Seems like a nice little marketable nitch you got going. You doing only custom stuff? or painting then selling?

Ryan, Great stuff, if you don't mind me asking what kind of paints are you using, and what do you get for a set of stocks. It's kinda irronic your post, I do a lot of flamed mailboxes, trash cans, and other strange stuff, and my neighbor just ask yesterday if I ever painted gun stocks, he saw one hunting with one of his friends and wanted something along the line of his college, simular to one in your pic. To cool, keep up the great work.

Thanks for the comments every one. All of my guns are custom for the customer. They send me the stock and then we talk about what they want. After it is done I email them a pic and they give me a credit card #. It works really well. They are all painted with House of Kolor automotive paints just like a helmet or a bike. The average cost is 500 bucks but have had some get up to 1200. Good eyes!! that is a gun I did for Donald Thompson as a gift but he has already seen it.

Those rednecks shoot 1,500.00 to 10,000.00 dollar shotguns and the paint jobs run from 500 to 1200 dollars so dont feel sorry for those rednecks. You would be amazed at some of the sporting clay courses that are growing in this country. Nicer than some golf resorts.
The guys im talking about live here in central Pa and are proud of the fact they are rednecks and are happy to be called one. maybee that term is offensive in South Carolina I dont know? but I didnt mean anything by it. I work with guys that spend $2000 to shoot a turkey that costs $30 at a grocery store then spend another $500 to mount it. Ill never understand it but everyone needs a hobby I guess I dont understand Golf either I waste all my money on hockey

None taken Richard!!! I'm a good old boy redneck from the south and all my friends know I'm very proud to be a southern redneck. I just wanted to clarify the type of guys that buy painted guns for sporting clays. I don't think the masses understand how much some people put in their hobbies. Some of these guys are pros too. I have never painted wood for a gun over 10,000.00 in cost but there are shot guns that run 30,000.00 That is crazy to me but interesting.Sorry you thought it chapped me.It didn't the least.

I picked mine up the other day. The pictures don't do any of Ryan's stuff justice. Mine is so awesome. It will be here in March for those in attendance to see.

Greaat looking stuff. Funny you should post customized gun stocks as my new shop neighbor is a shooting clays wholesaler. He owns Pavillion Imports & retails Pavillion USA and Wild Hare.
We were just talking about custom gun stocks. Maybe I'll try doing a few. //////==========
Cheers
