This went up yesterday...

-

Sandblasted HDU with cutout 1/2" PVC that we gold leafed.

Post caps are also fabricated from HDU.

Customer loved it!

Pat very nice work!! I assume from what you say that the letters are cut out PVC. Have you ever had problems with PVS letters cracking or warping? How are they attached? Great looking sign

Thanks for the nice words everyone...

Steve...I have never had any problems with PVC cracking or warping...the letters are attached with clear silicone.

I coated the gold with Frog Juice as they may be exposed to hard water sprinklers and I want to be able to clean them if this happens.

Richard...

This one we backed up with two 2"x4" rails. It is in a relatively safe neighborhood and we don't expect any vandalism. Other times we will back up the signs with either 6 mil PVC or Dibond, depending on the sales price and/or conditions.
