I've been working on figuring out this Wacom tablet thing. Done in Photoshop.

Jeff, How do you like the Wacom tablet. Which one do you have. I've been thinking about picking up the intuos 2 tablet. Can you do lettering with them?
Your picture looks awesome.

It's a reconditioned Intuos2 6 x 8. Yes, you can letter with it. It seems to take a little getting used to the feel and texture of the pen on the tablet, but you'll get there. I was using some transfer tape over the surface for a while for some extra "pull" feeling... after a while I gave up on that and decided to just hammer it out as is.

Nice.... if you get the chance, try and use Painter (by Corel?). You can even set the speed the paint dries or drips, for some good effects. We have an Acecat 5 x 4 inch but I'm not overly wrapped in it- I can be more accurate with the mouse just because of familiarity I guess. The small tablet finds you running out of room while trying to cross the screen, or else moving your hands a lot more than necessary it seems. Practise I suppose... Well done!

Why do I keep Lawrence Welk in the background somewhere...
Have a great one!
