Good morning and thanks for all the compliments everyone.
None of these signs have any wood in them at all. I design all of my signs using a combination of many materials. PVC, HDU, Dibond, Alumalite, Acrylic, and thin sheet aluminum.
Its an important selling point when selling your customer on long term durability and that makes it easier to justify a higher price.
