I like them both. I would go with the blue, but that is my favorite color.

I'd like to see it with the
'SIGNERY'
leanin' forward.

And maybe a darker shade in the lower right
to make the color in the logos the brightest
colors on the card...

I'm with Darrell. The white outline with no drop shadow underneath doesn't give it the punch it deserves. I also agree that it should lean forward...to indicate action / positve direction.
