Looks really great! No need for the phone # as they should be impressed enough by the design to remember the name of the shop. If they don't have enough sense to look it up, you don't want to deal with them anyway!

Really Nice Mark, it has excellent Depth, But you know, I am one for LARGE GRAPHICS, since that's the busines we are in, the promotion business, I love graphics with a lot of punch, and I find it's a lot easier to sell a job, with "Punch" if you drive something that represents it, but that's just my opinion, But like I said "Great Job", did I mention the Depth?

Very nice, Mark! I find it's often harder to do a more reserved layout than a larger "supergraphic". I never would have thought to use those colors together, but they work great. How did you get the wood grain effect in Fireworks? Did you have any problems getting the colors to match your expectations?

Hi Mark, now there is a class act with dignity. As far as the phone number, well the Signs of the Times did a survey years ago and asked hundreds of people if they took down phone numbers. Almost none said they did. The average person will remember the name and look up the number. Only those few with photographoic memories will remember them.

I really like the details (brush, screws, etc.) Really makes it interesting and draws you in.
I agree with Mr. Butler about SIZE. I personally would have gone a bit larger with it, but overall...sweet!
I hope to be able to post my truck soon. It's a 1948 F1 Ford Pick Up. Now that I think about what I just wrote...maybe I won't go as big as I thought on that truck. Hmmmm...

PS: I also agree with Bill about phone numbers. Unless your phone number is 1-800- FLOWERS or very easy and CATCHY nobody will write it down. I know I never have.
Oh, if you need to reach me, my number is 866-41-SIGNS!

Looks great Mark, but I have to ask. Did you actually apply that to the truck this time, or is that a whole bunch of magnets???
Inquiring minds want to know.heh heh
BTW... I too like big powerful graphics, but it's a lot more challenging to grab their eyes, and make them look with a smaller design. This one works great.

Since buying my Edge I have been having some fun with more 3D type prints using Eye Candy in Photoshop, I must check out doing things in Fireworks too.
I have the same truck as you (ext. cab), and its custom painted, but the logo is about the same size on the door and no phone number, and I always have work, and everybody knows the truck.

Looks good Mark. Breaking down the background color & using, to some degree, always seems to work well in individual components - if one knows how. Thanks for the reminder.
