Mark honey.....it is too dark on my screen. Otherwise I would comment on what I see. How come it is so dark. I know my monitor is a bit messed up.....but I just flat out can't see what's on your pic.

Looks like water dropplets on the sign but not on the wall so assuming that's part of the art I'll say, "watch your step" or "slippery when wet"?

Good thinkin on the water there Rob, but that happens quite alot over there, Glasgow as well as the entire UK is rainy and damp. Bob Darnell hit it on the head, it is an Insurance company!
