Hey guys I think I figured it out. Here is a 3-D sign I created this was the first one I have ever done. I used sign foam for all of the raised pieces and plexi for the bubbles.

hey scot,
i like the layout and look.
my only critique is not enough contrast on the main copy and it's outline.
maybe paint the tops of the heading letters in that cream color?

I love the way the water fades into the cream background.

I would agree with Mark on the copy.
