Suelyn, thanks for asking ... yes it is. (I was hoping I could pull it off as looking dimensional.)
I actually added a shadow beneath the green reverse panel after the photo was taken, to help add dimension. (photos come in handy to catch stuff like that)

The background fade, sun, water, and green reverse panel, along with the words, "THE" and "VENETIAN" are all painted.
The black stuff (cattails, bird, shadow on "venetian" and black inset border) are vinyl. Also, the green address and the lighter green pinstripes and diamond within the reverse panel are vinyl too.
As mentioned, I later added a cast shadow under the reverse panel to give more depth, and to make the panel look more like it was standing off. I painted that shadow using tinting clear (for transparency) with just a drop of black.

Great work. I like the high contrasts, and it does have good 3D intrigue. High contrast signs, make for high impact signs with class , and this is a good example. I remember your drawings on this one and was looking forward to seeing it. Jack
