This is the one I was asking questions about. As suggested by Joey Madden I used HoK Gold pinstriping enamel w/catalyst and the background is dark green glass smalts.
If this looks familiar it is very similar to a sign I made last year for my grandmother. It is on my website and the customer saw it and wanted the same look.

I seem to remember you claiming to be new to the sign business, & I have to tell you how much I admire your work. For a person who's been doing it for 10 plus years, I've never had the guts to try a smalt sign, & you've got it down pat. Congrats - & keep learning.
