Doing some experimentation/learning within Photoshop for future reference and proposals.
This was a recent dimensional job; .750” MDF spray bombed flat black and installed with VHB tape. Nothing fancy, just another every day job.

What's going on with this, Bob? Let's have some details. Is it a photo that you've taken and adjusted to leave a high contrast rendition and then went and painted in some color behind? Pretty cool looking, anyway. Let us know!

Taking a picture of a completed job then turning it into a sketch? Exactly the opposite direction of anything I've ever used Photoshop for ... and I really like it. Neat effect

Sorry for the delay in response. Actual work has a tendency to interfere with my time lately. I posted a small step by step over in the main talk section. Click here to view. Anybody else want to share how they do this? As easy as it is, I’d like to reduce the efforts even more. Once I get something close, an Action will be created. Email me if your interested in a copy.
