this is the flyer we have on the counter at our shop. It was created about 3 years ago. We are looking to change some of the logos on the sheet with some of the newer ones we have done.

Nice opening statement! Logos are impressive as well! Layout looks good. I wouldn't change anything more than updating the logos and maybe some color on yours.

I agree with above post. Update logos and maybe add color to your own.
Do you have a lot of walk in business? This seems like a great tool for shops that do. My shop is a bit off the beaten path & I don't get many walk ins but I still think something like this would work as a hand out/flier.
