Workshop/ Seminar/ Event/ Meals Schedule

Thursday, August 22At the Hex Tent (end of Grand Avenue By Library)

Striping in Pinhead Room in the Hex Tent, Airbrushing Station at Airheads Tent behind Hex Tent, Panel Jam in Warehouse
8-10 am Breakfast (donuts, cereal, fruit)
10-11 am "Livin' Large Fleet Graphics Application" w/Al Checca, main stage
11am-12pm "one Shot Paint Q & A" w/Frank Manning, main stage
2-5pm "Surface Gilding" w/Bruce Deveau in the workshop room
2--3pm "Hand Lettering" w/Mike Meyer, main stage
3-5pm "Airbrushing" w/Rick Kubicki, main stage
7:30pm Butler Notables Barbershop Quartet
8:30pm "Bjrag Car Slide Show" w/Bruce Deveau, main stage
9:30pm "Letterhead Creed" & "Circle of Wisdom/ main stage

Carving Pavilion (follow arrows)

Praticipants will be chosen by a lottery at the pavillion just before each workshop
9-11am "Carving Basics" and Incised & Raised Letters w/Joe Cieslowski
11am-12pm "Moldmaking of Relief Sculputre" * Gilding demonstration w/ Francis Lestingi
2-3pm "Beveling Flat Gilds? w/Bill Riedel
3-5pm " Incised Carving Bascis " w/ Joe Cieslowski

At St. John's (shuttle available)

12:30 Lunch- (sloppy Joes, Pasta Salad, Potato Chips, Dessert, Beverage)

9pm "Goal Setting For Business & Pleasure" w/Dennis Gerathy, main stage
10pm "Letterhead Jam", main stage Bring Your Own Instruments

Saturday, August 24...At The Hex Tent

10-11am-Door Prizes
11-12:20-Auction (benefits national Sign Museum & Mars Volunteer Fire Company
12:30- Lunch (Tossed salad, Baked Beans, Kielbassi & Sauerkraut, Rolls, Fried chicken, Cookies)
1-4pm Bluegrass with the Placzwoskis
4-6pm Waldo Young
5-6pm Dinner (Ham BBQ's, Rolls, Pierogies, cole Slaw, Apple Pie)
8-11pm The Jentz Band
10pm - Drawing, 50/50 Raffle to benefit Mars Volunteer Fire Company & Mars Area Redevelopment

Carving Pavilion

2-4pm "Methods to Increase Carving Speed" Demo & Roundtable w/Joe Cieslowski
2-4pm "V-Gouged Incised Lettering" w/Bill Riedel

Group Photo 10am By the Flying Saucer (Pgh. St. & Grand)

12 noon-? Local Food & Craft Vendors on Pittsburgh St.
12-5pm- Classic Car Cruise at St. Johns
6:15pm- Letterhead Parade (line-up on Beaver Street)
