I dropped off my bucketheaded teenager at school this morning. The wife is taking care of getting the little one to school. It's been a summer of trying to keep them busy and out of each other's hair. The big one has been in band camps for the school since the first, and that was two weeks of crosstown traffic hassels and a repair to a saxaphone that bounced, I hope my check doesn't.

Santo.....I can relate. It has been a great summer in Seattle. My kids seem to have done what kids should do in the summer. Camp, have sleepovers, go to the beach, hang out with friends, and just be KIDS! In a couple weeks mine will both be heading off to high school.

Santo,I've been waitin' for this past week for quite some time,...It seems that I finally packed all the boys off to school and or boot camp this summer and this single dad is one proud muther!!!!!!!!!!!!!... The oldest,...23(today) is off to Penn State on a grant for mathematics research,... The 18 year old left for Air Force boot camp a couple of weeks ago,...he should be one "happy camper" by about now but I gotta be proud as entering the armed forces was his idea before 9/11, and he became even more positive after that date. The youngest teen 16, was packed off to a dorm at North Carolina High School of Science and Mathematics for his final 2 years of high school along with the other 199 top students in the state for 2 years of extensive studies in advanced mathematics and science 3 blocks from Duke University,....(his oldest brother graduated high school there,NCSSM not Duke,... in 1997) Although I miss them all, it's kinda nice to have the house to myself for the first time since I can remember when,....A man couldn't be blessed more without tryin ta brag,...
