I made this chart for personal use and have a copy taped next to my computer. I suppose it's self-explanatory, but...
"Fractions" of an inch are at the left, which corresponds with the "Points", "Decimals" and Scale along the same row.
The scale numbers represent the percentage to change a one inch = one foot drawing.So, if you have a one inch scale drawing and want to change it to 3/8th scale, you would go to 3/8 along the "fraction" column and find 37.5 corresponds to it in the scale column. 37.5%
I use this chart all the time. It's just easier for me to refer to it than to pull out a calculator all the time.
Sorry for the lengthy explanation, but I'm trying to avoid getting a thousand emails asking how it works.

Pat, forgot to mention that that's the free tryout version. For the full version with all the numbers, send a check for $50 and allow 10 to 14 days delivery!
I'll get another cup of coffee in me and have the revised...and proofread...version up by 10am today.
