I was just watching The Young & The Restless (okay, I admit it- I'm a total soap opera addict) and one of the characters, Larry Wharton played by the actor David "Shark" Fralick is wearing a VON DUTCH t-shirt. Took me a while to realize it, I usually don't pay too much attention to the clothes. You can check it out on CBS tomorrow, sometimes the scenes continue to the next day. It's a grey t-shirt.
In the LA area, it will be shown at 3pm tomorrow due to the live coverage of Chick Hearn's funeral.
The show is filmed in LA at the CBS studios on 3rd & Fairfax. Has there been a Von Dutch show in LA recently? Maybe it's from the up & coming show in Northridge.

Kimberly, There's an outfit in L.A. selling Von Dutch clothing, licensed by the estate of VonDutch. Just type Von Dutch in one of the searches (yahoo, whatever) & it'll probably come up. You see those shirts all over MTV

I have to admit, I'm pretty far removed from the MTV generation.
Cheryl, it sure isn't the complex and thought provoking dialogue bringing me back there everyday!

welcome to the world of product placement, more than likely someone sent the shirt to the show to be worn as advertisement.
We had one of our designs on "Caroline In The City" a couple of years ago, and Bill Cosby and Jay Leno has been spotted sporting our t-shirts. I'm not exactly sure how they got them, but it was pretty cool to see it on t.v.
I think nowdays it is a major business to place the products on t.v., hard to get for free anymore.
