I've read a lot about this new paint so I decided to try it. Gotta say the colors look great and go on smooth with a good water-based lettering brush. The thing I want to know is can you also use it to paint deer and racoons? I suspect elephants wouldn't be a problem since their skin is sort of like a rhino. The animals with fur are the ones I'm concerned about. You know like GEORGE PERKINS.

Eager to learn!

Yeah George would be hard to cover(he he he )
I am not sure that this(or any other)NEW paint has had the test of TIME exposure needed.
That would convence me to invest in brushes, learning curve, and out right GAMBLE with my customers requirments based on my word ONLY!!

I wouldn't try painting a racoon...I hear they have a vicious bite! [Wink] Sorry, couldn't resist.

Like Foghorn Leghorn says, "Ah say..that is..Ah say son...that was a joke!" Hehehehe [Smile] [Smile] [Big Grin]

Just a note: Rhino Paint Company (Gary Anderson) is relatively new, but the paint isn't. Porter has been around a long time and Gary has been using it for some time. He began distributing it under his name when so many people asked about the colors that he used, so some special mixes were formulated. But the paint has been proven over time to be first rate.

I've been using it several years and have found no problems yet.

During my 90 minute call to Gary the other day, he talked about his desire to give quality and durabilty to his customers, in whatever he did, and after 30 years he has shown this thru all the work that he has to show, he also said that he has been excusively waterbased for the last 10 years and made a point of checking up on past work, and found no problems, and no negativity from customers.

I like waterbased having used other makes here for a number of years....today the temp is 31c in 6 months it could be -30c so we have quite wild temperature swings.

Personally I am looking forward to trying some of Gary's paints.
