All we lack to open the new shop is a final; on the electric, plumbing and the heat and air.
The firsty two are a lead pipe cinch ....but...our heat and air guy is dropping the ball. His last promise was to be here on Monday to finish up...if you hear a loud explosion, he failed to show up.
He has had a death in the family and he is at his busiest time of year, so we are cutting him a little slack....however it's come down to "D" day and it's time for him to perform.
We were suppose to be moving in this week end (lost our old shop)but working with new tenant to stay another week...things are getting serious here but it is near the end.
Wish us luck (we could use some)!!!

Are you to post some pics of the shop soon? Dana and I are anxiously awaiting to see them. I think it is great that you have been able to achieve what is a dream for most of us.
Building a brand new building is truly a great thing. I am very happy that you have been able to achieve what you have. I just hope that all the rest of the pieces will fall into place for you.
Post them thar pictures!
Have a great one!

Hey Kathy......once you subtract the floor space that the tennis court and pool takes up, it's not really that big! Looks great Monte, best of luck!

haha...thanx for the replies...oddly enough the shop is smaller then the one we are now in, but this will layout better and we have a 10'x13' door at the front for large vehicles.
We'll be building in a lot of special storage we've never had before and have a really large "clean room" for all the hand and vinyl lettering.
We can hardly wait but this one last contractor is driving uis crazy.
If all goes well we sshould have outr occupaancy permit by weeks end ...and it's not too soon either... things are getting lean around here (too much time spent on the job site).
