Can anyone help me as to where and how in the Estimate Program to include the cost of the carton and packaging the product for shipment

I'm still figuring out estimate but maybe that is a good place to use the "Free Form"

Just a thought! [Big Grin]

You are correct Amy. Free Form is the best option for shipping charges if you are shipping signage you have made to a customer.

It should also be noted if for some reason you do not want the customer to see the shipping charges, and want to simply "roll them in" then you can use summary quoting methods. See the link
http://www.estimatesoftware.com/estimate/support/kbase_detail.php?id=97 for details.

Ron, when we spoke last I thought you were talking about shipping you pay on ingredients you purchase from the supplier and hence why I directed you to Glenn's excellent response on the Letterheads thread http://www.letterhead.com/ubb-cgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=019298#000004

I apologize for any misunderstanding on my part.

Lastly, I would like to cordially invite any Letterheads who are using EstiMate or are thinking of using EstiMate to visit the dedicated EstiMate discussion forum http://www.estimatesoftware.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi where you can have specific questions about EstiMate answered.

Regards,
